If you do a search you'll see this has been covered extensively on the forum.

I went to www.proclipusa.com and ordered their 2-piece mount. There are other mounts out there but I liked this one the best.

Do a search for spec.dock or 2point5. You will find pics of my install, which replaces the ashtray.

Thanks guys,
yeah i had a look at a few other threads in relation to iPod's there are a few good pictures, Chills has a good setup. will investigate and see what i come up with. i had a look on one of the threads ipod mounted in center box away from view, and iclick as a remote option could be cool also. anyone know if the iclick is compatible with the ipod video and how is it connected to the ipod. i.e headset plug?
cheers

Would you still be able to hook your iPod through the stereo with the bottom connector?
