Great looking car, Ray! I vote without.

986 Girl 03-15-2007 03:39 PM

Wait... you just want to put the Euro plate underneath the US one?

Definitely vote without if that's the case.

racer_d 03-15-2007 03:42 PM

without.. too much clutter with it in.

Hey ray,

I would have to agree with all the folks....without looks cleaner.

BTW, your rear tires...sweet....are those 275?? And what do you use to clean your car?? Very nice!

Another without vote here....

Rodger 03-15-2007 07:44 PM

I vote without. What's the point of having it if it's just going to be covered up?

They are just 265's they are on 10" sorry i dont remember the offset 50 is what I wanna say...I can double check and let you know. As far as the cleaner, I followed the "Zaino" steps. I washed it really well with dawn dishwashing liquid to strip all the old wax and followed the Zaino steps. It took all day (i used the special activator to help speed the process) since then, (i did it last summer) I just wash it with a good car soap like mothers or maguirres dry with a shammy then a microfibre cloth.

Another vote for "without". Why not mount the europlate on the back wall inside the trunk? Lot's of space there and that way you can still show it off...

AUDIOGUY 03-16-2007 03:45 PM

Negative on the double plate!

ray986s 03-18-2007 02:08 PM

ok ok it looks like the people have spoken...

I guess time to remove the euro plate! :ah: the people have spoken!!! FYI this was a common mod for many euro cars a few years ago (ok its time has gone and past)
