Do you have the option code decal under the front trunk lid?

Sounds to me like someone changed lock cylinders at some point. One thing you could possibly do is an immobilizer/ECU/cluster/key swap.

No, the airbags won’t deploy with the seatbelts out. The airbag light will come on when the reels are disconnected which will disable the system until it’s reset.

It may be “key in” as in it was turned off and not removed and reinserted. I tend to take mine out and put it back in without turning it, and haven’t had drainage issues.

The servo with the purple linkage handles the...

The servo with the purple linkage handles the temperature adjustments, and the servo with the green linkage handles air direction between dash and footwell/windshield.
