Have a look at the new part. It is not press fit....
Have a look at the new part. It is not press fit. There is a square block on the end with 2 yellow rectangular squares that get pressed in to release the tube from the block.

How do you drive your car? Lots of short trips that barely get engine warm? Looks to me like engine not getting hot enough to cook off water vapor. As far as AOS get a manometer and check.
