It should work. I use a "battery tender" trickle charger on all my batteries, AGM or flooded without issue. I think the only time you need a dedicated charger would be for Lithium Ion batteries.

I think the accepted oil level is one bar below full feeling that a full fill may overwhelm the air oil separator. However, I've been running at completely full for some time with no issue.

If your agent ruled out the axles it might be due to a wheel bearing issue. I don't know how it would be affected by the load and unload testing you've done. Others listers have addressed this...

Typically, when testing an automotive instrument you ground the lead attached to the sending unit. If the needle moves the instrument is ok...then the fault lies with the sending unit.

On my 2000 I just gave up and removed the rear bumper cover. In addition, without the cover in place it made removal of the U pipes much easier. The silver heat shields are easily taken off...I know...

I tried like hell to remove the stock muffler without removing the bumper cover on my 2000. Couldn't do it and resorted to removing the cover. I suppose it depends on the model year.

muffler tips

I gave up on polishing the muffler tips. When I did the Pedro hack I had the system thermal coated with a titanium finish. Job done!
