Having done the complete SAI removal I highly suggest doing it with the engine out of the car. It is a major PITA in the car.

How heavy are the Sparco seats? OMP WRC-R and Recaro SPG are about 19lbs/seat for the FRP versions.

Have you drained out the washer...

Re: removing SAI - pulling the pump is easy and saves about 4lbs. I do NOT recommend pulling The other SAI gear and lines while the engine is in the car.

IIRC, one of the top bolts on the triangle exhaust flanges uses a square bolt head and a captive bolt retainer. At least that was the case on my '98.

Looks like they can still be had for $1,700 but at that point you are getting into PSS9 territory (but that doesn't include swaybars)....
