I bought mine with all the engine mods already done.
the previous owner did it all at once, and it was $7k all-in (new exhaust, pre-cat delete, headers, throttle body, ecu, and air filter...

my car's got a similar setup...
(not from fabspeed) and I think the 35hp increase is probably do-able depending on how aggressive the new ECU mapping is.
My car also has the pre-cat delete and I've had zero issues with CEL.
