but that might be the best business minded solution. Find a cheapo engine (2.5, 2.7, 3.2 whatever) slap it in sell the car and use that money to try to recoup...

Porsche isn't for cheap, bang for buck just doesn't compute.

Sell the roller and get a 911. That's what I'd do in your shoes. ;)
