I can see both the retaining tab and the screw...

I can see both the retaining tab and the screw head in your photos, so everything should be there....

There is a plastic screw on one side and a tab...

There is a plastic screw on one side and a tab that slips under a raised area of the floor on the opposite side. The plastic screw is often broken off.
