Doesn't this car qualify for the IMS law suit filed already.. It falls within the time frame of the car listed on the class settlement suit. Worth a try.

you can drive it as long as the top frame is completely closed down and the clam shell is down. I removed my clam shell when i did mine to make it more easier to remove and replace.
