Take out the starter, then take out the AOS. Pull the AOS out from the top, but disconnect the bottom parts from the wheel well. Install the AOS, then install the starter.

I can confirm that you SHOULD get battery voltage from pin 19 and 20. The troubleshooting guide that says you should get 0 volts...
