Center Cap Wheel Mystery

A buddy of mine, not a car guy, had his wheels redone. These are the old center caps (See link for pics). He is trying to find replacement caps but has no idea what or where they came from.

I have taken the door panel off and reached around inside the door frame as best I could. Nothing seemed loose. Window scissors and air bag seem firm.
