Found all the hoses at replaced them all. Found...

Found all the hoses at replaced them all. Found the worst one underneath the vacuum canister hard to get to but got it all done thanks guys for everything.

It is a perforated lever on an electric switch in side the left rear wheel area. There's nothing connected to the lever but I can move it almost a full circle in either direction. I have no idea what...
