Thanks for all the replies. I ended up buying a cable from Durametric. It was able to diagnose and disable the airbag light. Very handy tool for the Boxster.

Those are the correct ones for your car. I put some copper gasket maker on the bung threads and cranked it down. Sounds excellent with my Fister exhaust.
