Simple math is every 1 pound of rotational mass reduction equals 7 lbs...

It is a purge valve that operates on PWM signal, so you will hear light tapping noise when it is running as the plunger goes up and down.

I do not think this valve is causing the coke bottle noise...

For what you are looking for, I’d say your car is overwheeled, rather than overshocked, try 17” or 16” wheels to increase the sidewall. Also tire brand/ model selection also affect ride comfort.
