They will fit in the lights high and low beam sockets but you won't be able to close the door which seals the light housing .This is because the fan on the leds protrudes too far .I wonder if its ok...

Yep I was over there a couple of weeks ago though not in the Boxster . The summit road is world class, so high with the sea on both sides and great views . Ill PM you cheers

Well I'll be , i've done this many times and never seen the strap , I've always used a cord to do the same thing . Tomorrow morning i'm going to look for the strap , many thanks for that info .
