Just measured temps after a run to the shops and back, 315 degrees. I've scrapped the idea unfortunately.

The exhaust is booked in when lockdown is over to get some seals welded, so I'll ask him...

I've had footwell lights installed for a few years, but want to tidy up and redo the installation so that it's more OEM, and allows bulb swaps as opposed to just slapping some adhesive SMD strips...
