Simple Battery Buddy Question!

This may be a silly question but my battery died and I have one of those NOCO genius chargers. Do I connect both the black AND Red clips or just the black one to the battery to charge this sucker?

It looks like both the push rods have disconnected. The plastic caps do not appear broken however the right side has the ball pivot pin seemingly fused to the plastic cap and detached while the left...
