the rubber bushings on your horn centerpiece are stretched and you might get away with adding some small "O" ring gaskets to space it out so it doesn't apply the horn on you as temperatures change.

I did that with mine shortly after purchasing. Your coolant cap isn't sealing properly and when the coolant gets hot it overflows and drains through that little hose to the ground.
