Use an easyout. Drill into the center of the bolt shank insert the easyout and turn. Check at your local auto part store for them.

I just finished up replacing the #1 bank...
I just finished up replacing the #1 bank actuator. its a time consuming job. There is a great write up in the 101 projects for your boxster. But if you don't have that handy I'll walk you through it.
