My 2003 Boxster has just failed it's MOT on a faulty washer jet. I'm pretty sure it's just missing the nozzle as it was like that when I bought it. This is a great saving if it works, definitely...

Gear selection cable not connected at linkage

...lost all gears bar 3rd/4th - nice.

Got it home and took off the console, all OK there but the right hand cable decidedly limp.

Looking at the rear I can see that the cable has come apart...

Key fob casing replacement - OEM

...bought a 3rd party casing replacement from Ebay, not a great fit and keeps popping open.

Can you get the casing from OEM? Guts work fine, just the outer casing that's worn.

CEL / ABS / Brake pad warning light

Hi all,

Just bought my 2nd Boxster .. budget limited due to house renovations so I picked up a late 2003 986 3.2S with just shy of 140k miles on the clock.

History was plentiful and expensive...
