Are the Xenons supposed to turn off when the high beams are on? If I flash high beams, both lights go on... if I put on the highs, the Xenons turn off. Any ideas? Thanks

I have just received and installed a set of working used litronics for my 99 Boxster.
When I installed them all bulbs operate, but the Xenons only run when the lights are turned on, they do not...
