Airbag Light caused by removal of deactivation bar

I removed my airbag deactivation bar at the weekend from 2004 986 S thinking this was no big deal.

Thanks for that.

I'd been trying to remove only the plastic cover part that covers the flashing led rather than the whole housing.

That presumably will make things much easier! I'll try it...
