The interior cover for the side mirror, driver's side. Part #986-555-651-00 (flat black color). The inside upper clip on mine is broken.

If your car starts to run hot, turn on the A/C...

Sounds counter productive, but it turns on the radiator cooling fan. I do that all the time when I drive in stop and go traffic. It works.
