what size wheel

Are you using stock wheels or after market, sometimes different offset and width will throw off alignment. Also, even factory spec will have certain alignment tolerance. alignment.

Headers rattling? this should have nothing to do with your current springs.
you need to check what is causing the rattle. The sprins does not touch any part of the header. the lowering springs only...
