No alignment needed as far as I’m concerned. You are not “opening up” the suspension so no geometry changes, only pushing the wheels outboard a smidge.

H&R spacers are another brand...

I believe there is a trim surround piece that pops off, just using your fingernails or the like. Once that's removed you should see the screws holding it in that need to be removed.
