Gas cap NOISE? LOL

so today me and the ol' man start up his boxster after i changed the water pump (OMG what an annoying job LOL)
and after the car warmed up a bit, i we heard this whirling noise coming from the gas...

exactly. we figured paying 2,500 bucks was better than paying 15,000 bucks lol...since we are past the factory warranty. sound we were hearing (before we changed the IMS bearing out) was a clunking...

Water pump going @ 30K???

our '03 boxster type s JUST had the IMS bearing replaced with the LN engineering piece, and somehow the shop claims another noise we're hearing is the water pump.

car has a little over 30K, driven...

it's no problem if you're only cruising. if you're planning to "mash" on it, or just want a faster take off, i suggest clicking the "-" to downshift to 1st before taking off. that's what i do.
