I bought the Pioneer Appradio 2, and the installer said I need a $650.00 adapter for my Bose radio since it has a fiber optic connection. Is this right???? Damn.

At highway speeds, I'm running 2.5-3 mph slower than indicated. Bugs the hell out of me that with all the technology available, they can't get a correct speed reading.

Thanks for the advice. Took it on a 200 mile trip last night, but it was a boring drive-Interstate all the way. The weather for this weekend is looking good for the twisties.
