Possible fix

OK take this with a grain of salt. But if you do not lug the engine, IE keep it above 2,000 you have a better chance of not having failures.

And change oil each year no matter how many low miles...

clock fuse

Might be easier to pull the clock fuse rather than disconnect the battery. That way do not need to renter radio code etc.

Dumb Question - Jack Storage

I had to use the jack this week. I noticed in the holder for the jack and handle a small round plastic plug like thing. What is this thing for????
