Might want to check your mass air flow sensor. Mine had the same hot start issue and after replacing the maf it all cleared up.

I got an obdII and the two codes it is showing are p1117 and p1121. I know these are the same codes it had before we replaced the o2 sensors.

I have the exact same issue, although it will usually start after about 10 seconds, but idles a little rough until you give it some gas. Let me know what you find out.
