Your car does look great lowered. My 02 S is the same color combo with the same 18" turbo style wheels, but it not lowered down like that.

Changing the plastic switch takes some flexibility to get under the steering wheel and you have to blind remove a couple of small screws. Use a good light and follow the instructions in the link...
