Try lubricating the seal- bottom part where the door and window meet, with some type of silicone lubricant. Yours has dried out and when it gets cold or moist it freezes up and won't move.

Yep, I've used both. Both look great and last a long time. Klasse is easy to use, I love the AIO and does a great job polishing without scratching. Easy on and off with NO residue like wax.
