Installation of latest PCM (w/nav) into '07?

Have found a possible great deal on an early 987 ('07) but it doesn't have PCM, does anyone know if it can be installed by a Porsche dealer? Including nav?

I used to own a 1980 honda prelude that didn't have power steering or power brakes. I still remember what the steering felt like--I really enjoyed it.
