Boxster Windows Roll Down Over Bumps

I have a 1997 Boxster with 21,000 miles on her. Every time i go over a fairly large bump in road, both windows roll down about 20% of full roll down. I know it's related to the top lock down lever....

a/c went out

1997. never had any issues with heat or a/c. a/c just stopped working one day. I can't get the blower to work under any conditions: any temperature. I can hear the a/c compressor kick on and off...
