Ahh, RMS , Rear Main Seal. In looking at my records, I see that the RMS and IMS seal and shaft were replaced at 16596 miles.

Mine's an '03 with 50k miles. I have a rough idle, cel on with trouble codes P0171 and P0174. I have replaced the MAF to no avail. Any insight?
