You Guys Are Dead On...
It was the bearing, i got it replaced and it sounds PERFECT!
Luckily i didnt have to replace the Hub with it.

Alright, there is a sound coming from the rear passenger side. It is a constant Whum-Whum-Whum sound. The faster you go the faster the sound gets.
