the front mount turns out not too be too difficult, particularly if you follow a good write up from someone else. Boy do those coolant hoses get in the way though.

Perfect condition though used. So it's dirty. LOTS lighter than stock, and felt faster. Wife doesn't like it, it's too "aggressive". Looking for $600, buyer ships. Open to Boxster part trades.

the bottom of the seat certainly isnt identical. All of the controls are on the outboard edge of the cushion. The seat backs though.... i suppose one might be able to switch those.
