FS: Clear Headlights with installed HID kit

Took these off my 02 Boxster. They work fine, no broken tabs. HID lights are nice and bright and bluish white. Minor chips but no yellowing. I don't have the corner trim as they went with the car...

Seatbelts no longer retract

Has anyone else had their seatbelts get to a point where they don't retract anymore? Is this something I can fix myself or am I looking at replacing the mechanism?
