the centre digital display on my 1998, 986 Boxster suddenly went dark at switch on 2 days ago. I've tried the switch off, lock and leave, but no change. I saw something about a 'long press...

Hi,

problem with the soft top on a 1999 Boxter (original not facelift),

Handbrake and it's warning light are on.
Unlatch, and windows drop (so that microswitch is OK)
Hood starts to go down,...
