Removing headlight triangles

Hello,
This might be a stupid question, but can someone tell me how to easily remove my amber triangles near the headlights? I want to install some clear ones.

BMC Air Filter

Any body out there have a BMC filter fitted in? Is it better than the K & N? Or should I just save my money and get a EVO induction kit?

Running a little hotter?

I have a 99' Boxster and noticed the temperature is always around 180 - 215. I see it going up to 200 in a lot of bumper to bumper, stop and go traffic. Is this normal? I've already throughly...
