I recently desnorkeled my 02 boxster S... it sounded great... then i went away for a week and came back and it sounds back to how it used to before I desnorkled it.. could something be blocking the...

So I desnorkeled my 02 boxster S... and it sounded great.. considerable difference.. but then after a week.. it went back to sounding the same... I think the ECU adjusted for the increased airflow.....
