Jeph's favorites from the '07 Chicago Auto Show
I went to the Chicago Auto Show this weekend for the 99th Annual Auto Show. It was great! Here are a few of my favorites.
This doesn't mean I don't like the Cayman S, but this was my vote for Best in Show. It had a great feel to it. And I could actually fit in it. Best in show is based on the car that impressed me the most by exceeding my expectations. It is solely my opinion, and therefore is fact. Best in Show Z4 M Coupe http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-z4.jpg At a close second place: Porsche GT3 http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-gt3.jpg Best Accessory: The snug fitting car covers for Lamborghini's Gallardo. http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-gallardo.jpg Best (Realistic) Concept: Honda Accord Coupe http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-accord.jpg Best American Car with Over-sized Wheel Well Gaps: Chevrolet Corvette Z06 http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-z06.jpg Most Visually Awkward: Mercedes SLR http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-slr.jpg Runner-up for Most Visually Awkward: Zapcar? http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-zapcar.jpg And lastly, The Most Unique Car that I Would NOT Want In Its Given Price Range: Audi R8 http://www.kryzak.com/storage/986-cas-r8.jpg (Captain Morgan would agree) |
I've been to that show a few times. It's so packed with people that you can never get a clear shot of a car. There's no one around in any of your pictures. Did you get in on a special pass when no one else was around?

Nice shots, looks like you were the only one there at the show (besides photographer) you get a private show? ;)
Got to love the Audi R8, even the website is great: http://microsites.audiusa.com/AudiR8/html/index.html |
