I'll comment: Porsche does not sell the later versions of the PIWIS system (II, III, etc.), they only lease them, starting at $20K for the first year. Whatever this clown is selling, it is an illegitimate clone, which amongst other things means it can never be legitimately updated, which happens several times each year, and the system is of unknown quality.
On another board I moderate on, we see people that have purchased questionable origin PIWIS systems, only to find that it wiped several control module configuration files when it connected to the car, resulting in flat bedding the car to a dealer who then charged them big bucks to get the car back to its original condition.
