The cubbyhole umbrella offered by the
Porsche Driver's Selection seems like a great solution, but I've always balked at its high price (over a hundred bucks!).
There's lots of mini umbrellas out there, but until recently, I couldn't find one that utilized the entire area.
Picked this one up at
Marshalls, an off-price department store, for less than ten bucks.
Weatherproof style: WP-M-540. Dimensions: 13" x 2.5". Fits snugly in the cubbyhole, has a sewn in handle in the cover for easy removal. Complete with carabiner so one can fasten it to a belt loop for hands-free carry.
Just sayin'...........
