Boxster > Cayman because the top comes down and you get the same performance.

And that is a nasty yellow.

I think the Cayman may have an advantage. Solid metal roof offers less flexing and more chassis rigidity. But- the Boxster's canvas roof weighs less and can have a lower center of gravity when top-down. Pick your poison.

Who cares about rigidity unless you're racing. There is nothing like the option of being able to drop the top in 9 seconds on a nice day!
