It all depends on what you want out of a car.
There is no Lexus that drives like a Porsche. There are BMWs, Audis, etc that drive like a Lexus.
Some Lexus have very nice lines. Many other cars are pretty too - including the Boxster.
Without knowing your tastes it is unreasonable to make a recommendation.

I drove many convertibles before settling on the Boxster. For daily driving, I wouldn't trade it for any other car in the world. (OK I'd trade it for a new Ferrari Barchetta or a Z8 - but then I'd probably sell them in a few months and use the money to buy a Boxster AND a track car). Most folks aren't quite so in love with this car as I am.
