SF Bay Area curb rash wheel repair?

I've seen the writeup on the DIY curb rash repair on the OEM painted wheels, but I don't have the interest/talent to try it myself. I thought it would be cheap (ha) for a wheel shop do to the same sort of work, but the only place I've found so far in the SF Bay area wanted $600 to do all 4 wheels. They wouldn't do the 'easy' fix, they wanted to strip them down, fix them and repaint them. While I'm sure it would look awesome, I was hoping for a slightly method since the wheels aren't functionally damaged, just a little cosmetic.

Anyone know of a wheel shop in the SF Bay Area that does what I'm looking for?
