Will the 03 onwards ' outie ' side vents to the Engine fit the 99 ' innie ' slots?

Are you asking if just the "grills" can be changed? I know you can change the entire thing if you like. The shape is the same. Not sure exactly about just the grills

You would have to change the entire vent assembly as the '03 units are one piece.
