Deluboz: Maybe you could send a set of 3.2 headers to Bisimoto to run on his Dyno?
Since Bisimoto is just starting his Boxster S Dyno testing of various modifications this would be an excellent opportunity to get Chassis Dyno results from your new header product. I am sure this would sell at least 500 sets on these Boxster forums.
...just an idea

Agreed. I would be a lot more likely to buy them if they were run on the dyno and have the proper 02 bungs for 4 cats, etc.

Oh, my virgin eyes.
That would be great if deluboz did that. I always trust a company who trusts their own product.

Hi Ed,
I can send 3.2L Header to Bisimoto for Dyno Testing, but the problem he will need to add additional 2 more O2 sensor bungs for 3.2L Boxster S. Let me know & I will glad ship the Header out immediatley. I would be out in the clouds if I can sell 30 sets of Headers, I'm always open mind to any new ideas. Thank you !
Best Regards,
Che

Hello Bisimoto,
Perfect, as long you don't mind to add the 2 O2 sensors. I will have the Header ready and ship out today, hope this Header will show some good numbers for 3.2L Boxster S. Thank you for consider this Header to include in your Dyno testing.
Best Regards,
Che

What good will adding two additional O2 bungs to the header do? The second O2 must be positioned after the catalytic converter to be effective and not throw codes. One normally installs the sport cats (with O2 bungs after cat) along with the headers to get a working system.

I agree. While it is excellent for Che to provide product for testing, and I commend him on that, I'm not sure what good 4 02 bungs are going to do when you're running without cats. I would think, either the high flow cats (like FabSpeed uses) with a Lamda before and after, or if running catless, a Lamda before and an "02 simulator" after to make the ECU think things are happy. Simply plugging in an 02 in a non catted header is sure to piss off the ECU me thinks....

I have no doubt that there are many others like myself that would jump at a set of quality headers, such as Che has produced, that would resolve the 4 O2 sensor issue and be reasonably priced. The only set I would consider at this point is Fabspeed's sport header with sport cats but I just can't spend $2,300+ for it. Build it and they will come. I would think a target of 30 units would be met in a matter of hours.

Any update on Dyno of Che's headers?
Bisimoto,
How are you doing with your move to new facilities?
I know you are very busy with car events, etc.
Would you have a time schedule for doing the Dyno on Che's headers he sent to you a while back?
Thanks,
Ed
