headers,revo ecu flash,intake
 
i have dansk sport exhaust and fab speed bypass pipes on my 986 02 S..i need more power...can i replace the headers only with sport ones without changing the main cats too.and what you recommend is the best air intake for my 02 S 986.would u also recommend revo ecu flashing.please let me what i can do to achive real results.thank you in advance.

Hey Randy,

If you go to headers you will eliminate the cats you have left on your car. Che has a set of 3.2L headers available now or soon if I'm not mistaken. I've heard good things about Revo so that may be something to look into to get the most from your mods. Intake wise, EVO and similar companies offer their cone type intake systems, but I've heard mixed results and you may be best off with keeping the stock box with a BMC or other high flow filter. In my opinion, a new intake/header/ECM remap will not produce the kind of difference you are looking for. If I were you I would consider an engine swap or forced induction if you are looking for obvious gains that are really noticable.
